It's just okay Had to purchase a new unit and like the old one I still can't connect with audio. I've paid for this feature and it never works. More than frustrating. Sometimes the tracker works sometimes it freezes up.

I like the idea but doesn’t work like it should I like the idea but sometimes the live audio track doesn’t work. You keep calling and it doesn’t connect even though there’s service. Sometimes it the line looks occupied and doesn’t connect you to the device. Then the price $6 x hour of conversation is really expensive. It doubled from $3 to $6 without any notice.

Need better customer support for… Need better customer support for products. No phone calls, only emails. The brochure that came with my product offered very little instruction on all the capabilities of the product.

This tracker doesn't seem to record… This tracker doesn't seem to record every movement. The hourly refresher will still only show last location. Not sure if it's a signal issue. Thus tracker is used to locate vehicle movement and only updates randomly.
