GBMy GPS want connect and ever time I… My GPS want connect and ever time I call the number it takes a minute off..its say unable to connect or something I have contacted the people and a email back but problem is still not corrected.i did what he told me to do to tracker but it's still malfunctioning and they have not contacted me again since the last email.nor do I have a number to call to speak with a live representative for logistics so my experience is not even one star at this point its zeroes

GBWhen it's hot, its hot; when it's not, it's not When the tracker is working, it is spot on, when its not, it is frustrating. I make frequent request for network reset as the tracker hasn't reported in 5-10 hours, it is supposed to report hourly at a minimum. The difference may be poor cell coverage area for the carrier as my usage is in SE Georgia to Middle Georgia, USA. Customer service is spot on during the week but can be a slow response on the weekend when it is needed most.

GBDON'T DON'T. They autorenew subscriptions unless specified to cancel. There's no customer service phone number. They don't send password reset emails. They require you to submit a ticket with all the serial numbers and account information when attempting to reset a password-How does that work? If I had that, I wouldn't be submitting a reset ticket. Leaving you stranded. The price for the service is a joke. Navigation was spotty and DEFINITELY not accurate-VERY laggy. Worst experience with tracking company/customer service in a long time. Not worth it. DEFINITELY not worth it. Thieves imo.

GBI like the idea but doesn’t work like it should I like the idea but sometimes the live audio track doesn’t work. You keep calling and it doesn’t connect even though there’s service. Sometimes it the line looks occupied and doesn’t connect you to the device. Then the price $6 x hour of conversation is really expensive. It doubled from $3 to $6 without any notice.

GBI used it now for about 6 months.It… I used it now for about 6 months.It works good and give you live map where is your car. It is cheaper than other companies like Optimus.and work better and more accurate than it. I pay $15 a month.That is when you sign up for 6 months contract with auto payment.
