GBI have a tracker for my atv and it does… I have a tracker for my atv and it does not keep up. When I go for a ride it says that I'm in the same place for a day or two. When I wanted to get another one for something else they said I would have to pay double the price. I went and looked at other companies with better deals

CATailspin Purchased several devices for asset tracking. Multinational corporation in the hospital product sector with significant presence on every continent. First started using Logistimatics services in 2019 and was pleased with the hardware, software, and customer support. Since the beginning of 2022, customer service is non-existent, the app for iOS is buggy, and the web portal crashes repeatedly. We have been stranded for weeks waiting for a response from the client care team, as we're not able to generate a report from any of our devices. While waiting to be contacted, the 90-day window for data retention expired, and our data was lost. We've been given the runaround on billing, generating invoices, getting help with the online portal, and the logistics of receiving product. They've removed a customer care telephone number from their website, and left us with bots instead. The company is in an absolute nosedive; we will be returning our units, and will not recommend to our other sites of operation or our partners.

GBDON'T DON'T. They autorenew subscriptions unless specified to cancel. There's no customer service phone number. They don't send password reset emails. They require you to submit a ticket with all the serial numbers and account information when attempting to reset a password-How does that work? If I had that, I wouldn't be submitting a reset ticket. Leaving you stranded. The price for the service is a joke. Navigation was spotty and DEFINITELY not accurate-VERY laggy. Worst experience with tracking company/customer service in a long time. Not worth it. DEFINITELY not worth it. Thieves imo.

GBNeed better customer support for… Need better customer support for products. No phone calls, only emails. The brochure that came with my product offered very little instruction on all the capabilities of the product.

GBGARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have multiple mobile 200 devices and have recently activated them all. Not a single one of them work! NOT ONE! You can not get a response from literally anyone even after submitting several tickets online, emailing, etc. I would strongly suggest refunding money before you wind up in civil litigation!
