GBThey will take advantage before they help If not preforming services you asked for and preforming what THEY want to do,making excuses for not using their shuttle service they offer and using YOUR vehicle even though you stated you have a carseat for said shuttle. And having your check engine light come on a week after they have your vehicle, power steering fluid being EMPTY after leaving their shop(but is fine now after being filled even though they claim a leak)No oil change done even though that's what you requested and is in a 90k service at most good auto repair shops. This place is terrible,they took advantage of a sick single mom needing help. They pick and choose what they wanted to do for a 90k mile service that was being paid for by an amazing place that helps people in our community. I'm baffled at the email response I received from Lindsey the director of operations. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING BEING TOLD TO YOU AND GET AN ESTIMATE EMAILED TO YOU BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING! I never received an estimate,I was trying to write everything down a Rory was quickly giving a list of things that "needed to be done."

GBI've been using the mobile service for… I've been using the mobile service for several years to maintain my BMW. While I do miss the experience of wasting four hours in the lobby of a repair shop and drinking bad coffee, I'd rather stay at home and drink my own coffee while my car is repaired. Beyond the convenience, the work is excellent, thorough and reasonably priced. I can't imagine why anyone would not use this convenient service.

GBWonderful experience all around! Incredibly nice staff, great work, and a wonderful experience for something that is normally painful. They even have a shuttle and very nice shuttle driver. Couldn’t say enough great things here. They even prevented me from replacing an alternator erroneously, identified the issue, and offered to look at it again if we have that issue pop back up.

GBPoor service. Zero integrity I confirmed my appt with John 45 mins beforehand. Another 45 mins after getting there, I find out he forgot to order the needed part for my truck that we both agreed he'd order as the truck had already been diagnosed twice. If he had owned up to that from the moment he realized it rather than jerking me around saying I needed another appt, as if I misunderstood the purpose of the current appt, the encounter wouldn't have ended with me telling him to go F himself and him jumping up and down in the street in front of Ooroo's, flailing his arms, screaming for me to come back and fight him until I literally turned the corner a 3rd of a mile away. Quite entertaining actually. Good times. Otherwise a waste of my time. Including dealing with the owner. Another thing of note to customers, this business runs lots of commercials and I think it's a safe bet that cost is worked into the cost of service. Date of my service is approximate.
