EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have used OOROO for as long as they… I have used OOROO for as long as they have been open. It is the best auto service I have ever had in my long life. I can't say enough nice things about how good the service is, how courteous the mechanics are, and how safe I feel in my vehicle after it has been properly cared for.

My jeep wouldn't start. I went to leave for work and my Jeep wouldn't start. I scheduled an appointment on the ooroo app for the next day. I got a call that they could come that morning to my house. They were able to identify the issue and install a new battery. They were timely, thorough, and provided great customer service.

Very professional Very professional, courteous and quick. They come to my office and I can keep working while my oil is changed. They let me know of any issues while they are working on my car, to see if I want to go ahead and fix it now, and if I want to wait, they will put me on the schedule to follow up and get it fixed the following month.
