Works on the tough trails I've just ridden my new Cruiser on some trails I cannot clean on my MTB. It did everything with ease. I think there need be more online videos showing this type riding. I think there are other bike options that might be lighter or with better suspension or with better power delivery, but The Cruiser is less than half their price. One note on its battery life: I rode all morning, adding ever-more additional difficult trails because of the bike's efficiency. After all this, my battery indicator had only reduced from 5 bars to 4 and the recharge was done in just a few hours before bedtime. This is really practical and fun and I'm afraid my main MTB is going to stay in the garage.

I had to reach out once for a warranty claim and the customer service was amazing and quick about getting back to me. I looked for a solid three months at different companies that make electric bikes and after all my research I knew Himiway was the best option. I plan to get a new Ebike soon and will definitely be ordering from Himiway.

I just purchased a Himaway Cobra… I just purchased a Himaway Cobra delivery was fast almost next Day The bike looks great and rides fine. The rear light bracket snapped whilst fixing under the seat I emailed customer support and they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately due to ebike laws in UK it came with a 250w hub motor and not 750 like advertised in USA but that's not Himaway fault its uk laws. All in all no problems so far.

Big Bang for the Buck! I am 70, and I can only ride e-bikes since 2015 & this Himiway Escape is my 6th. I have shopped hundreds but finding an affordable full-suspension bike with a good battery, rack, assist, wheels, fenders, step-thru and the other things I was looking for was challenging. After a year very dependable with the only con being that it is heavy but adding Tannus in the tires will allow you to breathe a sigh of relief. I hang two more metal pop-out baskets when grocery shopping and easily use the elevator to my studio on the 3rd floor where I keep the Escape. Riding around town or taking to the trails this unit has you covered with plenty of power to cover it all. I've done a little custom work on mine and get stopped everywhere I go.
