GBNot a happy camper I got hit with a $125.00 transaction fee from my credit card company for a cross-border transaction after the fact. It would have been nice if a person had been made aware that this could happen and a person should check with your credit card company before a purchase. Had two inner tubes split open in the first one hundred twenty miles. Himiway said they would send new inner tubes for $9.00 for shipping each time. Purchased an extra battery for the Escape Pro for $550.00 and maybe cycled the battery five times and it quit taking a charge. That costs another $80.00 for the shipping per warranty rules. This is turning into one big money pit. Right now I am afraid to go more than ten miles away from home and I will be stranded on the roadside somewhere. I added a rear rack to carry the extra battery and other things, which shifted the center of gravity up high enough to make the Escape Pro very unstable. I could go on, but I will stop right here, not a happy camper.

GBIt's got some kick baby! Love this bike! I really have no negatives other than recommending everyone to reprogram the power delivery. It just comes on too strong to start with and makes your eyes bug out! Not so good if you wear glasses! Otherwise it is a great bike with no issues at all.

GBI got my step-thru in 2020 and have… I got my step-thru in 2020 and have currently logged over 5000 miles on my bike. I had to reach out once for a warranty claim and the customer service was amazing and quick about getting back to me. I looked for a solid three months at different companies that make electric bikes and after all my research I knew Himiway was the best option. I plan to get a new Ebike soon and will definitely be ordering from Himiway.

NLnever buy from this company. never buy from this company. i bought a himiway cobra, all is well but she is sevearly underpowered, rated output roughly 100 watts where a 200 to 250 watt power would have been the law in my country, noted the bike comes in 45kg's of weight, so after a months worth of tugging and asking for help they finally agree to send me unlocked controller and screen (238 euro that i payed it was not free) to get the bike to finnaly be driven as it should be, but that took treaths of taking legal action. Then you buy a zebra tail light and a rear rack as then the zebra tail light can be mounted to the cobra..rear rack 99 euro, taillight 55 euro...and then they send a 2 euro battery operated taillight..( 3 weeks delivery time your waiting on) after 2 attempts to get their attencion on the subject and again treaths of taking legal action they respond and send ove the correct taillight.. wow again 3 weeks so in total that took 8 weeks to get a taillight. now the fenders are finnaly available so steering wheel bar and fenders ordered them both, the bar gets send over and 99 euro fenders... gone not in the " envelope" wait aren't those fender 26 inch 4.8 inch wide.. the do not fit into an envelope... no reaction from customer service nowhere to get my money back ... i can only now take legal actions to get this company to respond and either send the correct items or pay my money back.... learn from my mistakes..the bikes looks awesome, they are decently priced, and do not drive bad, just never in the eu region buy these bikes, himiway has no clue nor idea what the hek they are doing in the eu, no clue how to actually use the laws in the eu to their advantage, not to mention the attempts to keep stealing money from people that order the items on their website is just blatently showing how brazen and ill informed himiway is in europe. and you can think " it will not happen to me" just like i did... well here we are..... himiway the worst bike brand, costumer service and company i as custom bicycle builder have ever dealth with....

DEStay away from this company: still waiting for refund! Website was showing delivery within 2 weeks when I placed my order. After two weeks, I asked for news. I was told it would be late by 1 month. 1 month later, I asked again and was told delivery would come within 3-4 weeks. I lost trust and therefore cancelled my order. According to their sales and conditions, this should have been no issue… unfortunately, customer service suddenly stopped replying to my emails and sent the bike to force me to keep my order. After many emails confirming I would not change my mind and asking for my money back, they informed me that they wait for bike return to reimburse me. 4 weeks later, I still wait for my refund whereas the transporter confirmed the bike had been returned to them. Stay away from this company: customer service is very bad, and so far they are dangerously close to be a fraude! If you have issues, you can use the PayPal purchase protection, though I still wait for their feedback. Note that Himiway will try to ask many times to cancel this procedure, don’t !
