DEStay away from this company: still waiting for refund! Website was showing delivery within 2 weeks when I placed my order. After two weeks, I asked for news. I was told it would be late by 1 month. 1 month later, I asked again and was told delivery would come within 3-4 weeks. I lost trust and therefore cancelled my order. According to their sales and conditions, this should have been no issue… unfortunately, customer service suddenly stopped replying to my emails and sent the bike to force me to keep my order. After many emails confirming I would not change my mind and asking for my money back, they informed me that they wait for bike return to reimburse me. 4 weeks later, I still wait for my refund whereas the transporter confirmed the bike had been returned to them. Stay away from this company: customer service is very bad, and so far they are dangerously close to be a fraude! If you have issues, you can use the PayPal purchase protection, though I still wait for their feedback. Note that Himiway will try to ask many times to cancel this procedure, don’t !

GBBig Bang for the Buck! I am 70, and I can only ride e-bikes since 2015 & this Himiway Escape is my 6th. I have shopped hundreds but finding an affordable full-suspension bike with a good battery, rack, assist, wheels, fenders, step-thru and the other things I was looking for was challenging. After a year very dependable with the only con being that it is heavy but adding Tannus in the tires will allow you to breathe a sigh of relief. I hang two more metal pop-out baskets when grocery shopping and easily use the elevator to my studio on the 3rd floor where I keep the Escape. Riding around town or taking to the trails this unit has you covered with plenty of power to cover it all. I've done a little custom work on mine and get stopped everywhere I go.

GBBikes are great Bikes are great. Warranty service is good, but you wait forever for your parts and they charge for shipping.

GBNot a happy camper I got hit with a $125.00 transaction fee from my credit card company for a cross-border transaction after the fact. It would have been nice if a person had been made aware that this could happen and a person should check with your credit card company before a purchase. Had two inner tubes split open in the first one hundred twenty miles. Himiway said they would send new inner tubes for $9.00 for shipping each time. Purchased an extra battery for the Escape Pro for $550.00 and maybe cycled the battery five times and it quit taking a charge. That costs another $80.00 for the shipping per warranty rules. This is turning into one big money pit. Right now I am afraid to go more than ten miles away from home and I will be stranded on the roadside somewhere. I added a rear rack to carry the extra battery and other things, which shifted the center of gravity up high enough to make the Escape Pro very unstable. I could go on, but I will stop right here, not a happy camper.
