Very satisfied Driver called when he was on the way. He told me he would have been here earlier; but he got a police dispatch call. He was quick and efficient, and placed car safely in the lot next to it's destination. I highly recommend the driver and Bypass Auto body.

American Auto Shield is a good company American Auto Shield is a good company. Their extended warranty plans cover an enough to a lot. I have the $100 extended warranty plan. The positives – The app is informative, clear, and easy to use. Both of my claim’s worth around a total of $4,200. The negatives - Their wait times can be a little time and some of their customer service representatives can be somewhat dismissive. You may have to go through the “fire” to get a claim to be honored. This may include talker to higher-ups and filing a report to BBB. Overall, I appreciate this company for honoring my two claims.

HE WENT WAY BEYOND TO HELP ME! HE WENT WAY BEYOND THE NORMAL SERVICE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MY ENGINE'S HOOD OPEN, BUT IT WAS SIMPLY FROZEN CLOSED, SO HE ENDED UP HAVING TO TOW IT TO MY CAR REPAAIR SHOP FOR ME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH KIND THINGS AOUT HIM!!
