Fox, Ice T and other famous actors that as long as you take your vehicle to an authorized service location who accepts Car Shield, if it is a covered part you are only responsible to pay your deductible. This never happens and the cost is always so much higher for covered part. It is a total scam how American Auto Shield, as the third party administrator for CarShield play with words and terminology to attempt to justify auto ship parts as a non participating dealership charges. This dollar amount is then added to your deductible but the difference will be paid as long as the repair is deemed covered under your active policy.

Looking for a reason to deny me help!!! I was happy to get a live person. I am disappointed that my repair was denied due to rust or corrosion. I live in a State where this is unavoidable. This makes me apprehensive about our future relationship. If you are going to deny a claim, and I have paid you on time every month for over a year is very disappointing to me. Are you here just to take my money? How can you offer me a piece of mind if I have to fear if you will stand behind me in a time of need????
