GBCar Tow Request A+++ My call to Carshield was answered by a very polite & cheerful customer service rep. He asked for details and quickly got to work finding a tow truck. I did decide to have him call back instead of stay on hold. He called me back soon after and had a tow scheduled for my car, which actually showed up 2 hours faster! FYI ~ This was a non emergency. This gentleman did his job efficiently and with a smile .. I could hear it!

GBThey take forever to process your claim & Don't Cover Rental for a reasonable amount of time… They take forever to process your claim and expect you to foot the bill for the rental, as they only cover 7 days. They then allowed their appraiser to lie to me and tell me that the part would be delivered in 5 days. I spoke with the mechanic, who said the work would be done in 1 day, so this should have worked for me. I went and got the rental based on that information. Since then, they called me and said that the shipping will take longer, but they will not cover the rental for a longer period because the repair is not covered in the contract. I understand contracts, so I get it, but as a customer, giving a 1-star review is deserved for what I have had to put up with this service and what its going to cost me out of pocket.

GBCar Shield success! This time, when I called, it was more for information. Everyone with which I have spoken were wonderful! Information was quickly and curteously given. I felt valued and informed. My previous encounter was to rebuild a transmission. That went beautifully and my needs and situation was taken into consideration. At that time my husband was in the hospital so I was in a harder time than normal. They made it so easy. You have a fine company and your people are the backbone of your service. I would recommend Car Shield to anyone! Thank you! Please, always keep the option of speaking to a person open. There are always questions that you cannot foresee. THANK YOU!

GBUNEDUCATED AND DISTESPECTFUL This is the claim department for Car Shield. Worst experience of my life. Cancelled my car shield today due to horrific customer service in the claim department. No communication, all call centers, never get the same person to talk to, DISRESPECTFUL adjuster to my mechanic on a 3-way call, closed my claim before they even moved forward. I would NEVER let this company do anything toward a claim ever again. As a single mom and it being the holidays I am appauld and disgusted by the customer service from all angels.
