I was two hours from home in the middle of the night with a shattered heart. The rep at US Rider worked tirelessly to find someone who would haul the whole rig home for me. GBGreat for dispatch, not so much for problem resolution. All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.
