I was two hours from home in the middle of the night with a shattered heart. The rep at US Rider worked tirelessly to find someone who would haul the whole rig home for me. A few days later, I received a sympathy card from them. I will 1000% recommend them to anyone. I am so thankful for all they did.

Always friendly people answer phone Always friendly people answer the phone. I usually have figured out quickest way to get a tow or other aid, and that helps simplify their task to cover the cost up front, which is much appreciated rather than having to request a reimbursement.

I called US Rider when my tow vehicle… I called US Rider when my tow vehicle was having some issues. It was such a great experience, had my location down and a tow truck arrived within an hour and a half. Much better then Allstate roadside.

Great for dispatch, not so much for problem resolution. All USRider team members with whom I spoke were professional and as helpful as policy allowed. However, when I ran into issues with a USRider-contracted service provider, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.
