I called US Rider when my tow vehicle… I called US Rider when my tow vehicle was having some issues. It was such a great experience, had my location down and a tow truck arrived within an hour and a half. Much better then Allstate roadside.

Stranded in Parma Jessica was most helpful and pleasant when I called in. She knew her job and was courteous. She kept me posted. And when the driver would be there. The young man from Blaze Towing also had a great , helpful attitude. He was timely and efficent.
