The staff were not friendly The staff were not friendly, I have rental car insurance on my credit card and my own personal car insurance that I pay extra for for out of country rental cars and I was made to pay for insurance for the car. When I tried to explain he would cut me off and not even let me speak. I would have canceled it but I needed the car to get to my destination.

I have been renting vehicles for 50… I have been renting vehicles for 50 years and have never had to pay additional auto insurance until Next Car. My insurance agent said we were covered up to $100,000 but Next Car would not accept it and made us pay an additional $149.00. When I tried to get a refund I was told that once I signed the contract I could not get a refund. I had already paid for the car through Priceline and I had been waiting for an hour to get the car. It was an expensive lesson learned but I will not be returning to next Car again.

Do not rent from this company they scam… Do not rent from this company they scam you. I brought my car insurance declaration page as instructed which I have great coverage on it. They claim that insurance company which was Plymouth Rock a well none company they don't use their insurance. I had to purchase Next Car company insurance or I couldn't get the rent a car. It cost me an additional $450.00 a week for insurance then they told me I had to my the toll responder or couldn't drive on the highway for another additional $100.00.

A few surprises!! A efficient check in ......however a couple of surprises like temporary rental deposit150.00 charge on your credit card until the car is returned then its been over a week and NO refund of that charge yet!! You must remember to bring your own insurance evidence or you will have to take theirs...luckily I had phone app with my insurance info!! Lots of extra fee charges!!

I dislike discrimination against… I dislike discrimination against Florida residents. Limit to 50 miles per day just for one category is ridicules. I have IPass, added vehicle to my account at the time of pickup. However, still was charged for toll violation. Will never use this company again.
