COvery helpfully and excellent service Everything, door to door exceeded our expectations. We were very stressed about this international move. The move salesperson gave an accurate estimate of the actual cost and explained everything very clearly. Then the virtual survey was helpful. The movers were on time and worked very hard to be efficient and careful. The shipment arrived, cleared customs, and was delivered to our home. Diana, in the Colombian office went over and above for us. What an enjoyable process in a time of stress. The crew that showed up were professional, gentle and had unbelievable work ethic. IEJust used this company to move from USA… Just used this company to move from USA to Ireland. Horrible experience from the start, after making initial enquiry was hounded by salesperson daily, eventually gave in and was given a quote via video call, agreed to price and after pickup was charged over $2,000 more than quote, then said I could do better but quoted be over $4,000 to return, items sat in California warehouse for over 30 days and then again over 30 more in Belgium before delivery. I would not recommend!!!
