GBRuby Moves made our move from Costa… Ruby Moves made our move from Costa Rica back to FL smooth from the very first phone call! Their pricing was by far better than other international movers & offered more personalized service. We need some information from the move a year later and they had us everything we needed asap! Their communication was by far better than a previous company we used. They communicated even when there really wasn't much to tell us but at least we know we were not just a number! Their entire staff is excellent, efficient & make you feel like you are their number one priority! You won't be disappointed with Ruby Moves!!!

GBFinally over! Overall, my shipping experience was a nightmare I do not wish to repeat. That being said, it was Helen at Ruby Moves who helped me retain the little sanity I had left. The horrible things that happened to us were the fault of our beloved left wing government, not Ruby Moves. Helen became my friend and advisor in an ordeal that spanned well over a year! She never left me. Thank you Helen!

DEHorrible. Not Recommended. Horrible. Not recommended. Apparently, Ruby Moves prepared my Fedex labels incorrectly. That has lead to a nightmare with Fedex trying to track down my shipment. What was supposed to be an “overnight” shipment has turned into about two months of weekly calls to Fedex because Ruby Moves screwed it up from the beginning.

GBExcellent Customer Service and Quick Delivery I used Ruby International for my recent move from Utah to the Netherlands and had a great experience! Vanessa responded to my first email within an hour and provided me a great quote. She was quick to respond to all of my questions (via text, which was very convenient!) and was able to get my shipments sent out with only a couple days notice! She provided detailed instructions on how to pack and label my boxes and they picked them up right from my door. She had told me to plan on about 7-10 days to receive my boxes, so I was pleasantly surprised when my boxes were all delivered 3 days after pick up! I chose to ship my items in heavy duty plastic storage bins, and two out of five boxes did have cracks on the corners when they arrived, but nothing was damaged. Overall I am blown away by the service I received and will definitely be utilizing their services again! Also love that they are a women owned and operated business ♥️ Thanks again Vanessa!
