COWe regularly use Ruby International We regularly use Ruby International to handle the crating and shipping of our artwork. They never fail. Their crating services are exemplary. Their packing crews are always a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is excellent. My clients and installers are always praising how well packed the shipment arrives. Highly recommend Ruby International for any packing and shipping.

GBHorrible company Horrible company. At the beginning they were in contact frequently but once they got paid in full they disappeared. Not one update from them. My shipment took 4 months to get to the Philippines from Houston. Received dates for shipment of August 15, August 30 Sept 7, Sept 21 and it finally came Oct 19th. When my items were delivered two of the main items were damaged which was verified by the delivery company. when they were contacted by there was response was to send me their policy and said "good luck". I now get to deal with their insurance company by myself. My guess is their insurer will be just as fun to deal with as Ruby. Find someone else.
