Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Smooth sailing from JFK airport My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.

A perfect trip A perfect trip! Exhausted late at night after a cross-country flight with a pet that was new to me and not happy I was greeted and picked up timely right outside of my baggage pick-up area by a friendly, helpful and skillful driver who assisted me inside, courteous and pleasant all the while. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver did not tail-gate other drivers. I will use Matrixlimos on other occasions should I need to travel.

Early and excellent Our driver showed up a few minutes early which was a relief because we had an earlier flight. He waited in our drive way until we met him outside. He kindly loaded our luggage into his suv. His SUV was in clean, superior condition. No issues with the drive or drop off at JFK. Will use again!
