Great, safe driving. We miscalculated how long our trip to the airport would take & as a result risked missing our flight. Our driver recognized the problem immediately and drove aggressively, but very safely, to get us there on time. He recognized slowed traffic and took detours that only an experienced driver would understand. We never felt concern for our safety. Great job. I'd ride with this gentleman anytime!

Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location. Driver arrived early Driver arrived early and brought us to our destination on time. Highly recommend this service. Only issue was received a text and email an hour after drop-off that a driver was waiting to pick us up. Called Matrix and was told it was just a technical issue.

Smooth sailing from JFK airport My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.

Matrix was excellent when it came to… Matrix was excellent when it came to communication. We received both a text and email to confirm our departure and arrival pickups. Prior to pick up we received a text with our drivers name and license plate of the vehicle. When our departure plane was late, the driver texted us where to meet him. When we arrived, it took us only a few minutes to locate him especially in the typical LGA traffic.
