We reached out to them by phone and email numorous times and tried to take advantage of the warranty. Nothing got resolved. Reached out to the BBB and they did nothing . At the end of it all Motobuys offered to allow us to return it for a full refund if we paid the $600 in return shipping charges. $600!!!! So it sits unusable. We will be reaching out to the States of Texas attorney general and small claims court.

Picked up the SSR SR70C for my… Picked up the SSR SR70C for my beginning rider. It's a solid bike with easy handling. It did arrive with a few scratches—probably shipping damage. Customer service was decent, offered me a discount for the trouble, which I appreciated.

Just got this go-kart for my kiddos and… Just got this go-kart for my kiddos and it's pretty alright for what I paid. Assembly wasn't too tricky and it runs well in our yard. It's not the top of the line, but it's good enough to keep the little ones happy.

Mixed Feelings Overall Bought the IceBear ATV and it's fun when it’s not giving me trouble. Had to deal with a few issues, like a faulty battery and brake problems. Support was helpful, but yeah, it gets a tad frustrating dealing with these issues more often than I'd like.

Placed an order based on their terms for "In stock" item, they canceled because can't honor free shipping advertisement. Placed second order, they canceled again without any notice and changed the price on product. Will not honor their word, don't waste your time with them.
