GBA Bit Disappointed Got my TrailMaster UTV and was a bit bummed out to find some assembly hiccups and a flat tire right off the bat. Reached out to MotoBuys and got things sorted eventually, but it took longer than I expected. The UTV itself is fun, no doubt, but hoping MotoBuys steps up on the quality check front!

GBMixed Feelings Overall Bought the IceBear ATV and it's fun when it’s not giving me trouble. Had to deal with a few issues, like a faulty battery and brake problems. Support was helpful, but yeah, it gets a tad frustrating dealing with these issues more often than I'd like.

GBI bought 3 atv's and a bike from Moto… I bought 3 tv's and a bike from Moto buy. Even though I paid for the assembly, they did not do it right. First 125, the throttle was stuck because of tightening. For the second 125, the rear brakes were stuck because the foot brake was adjusted wrong. The bike didn't start and that is my next thing. I had appointments for all three but no one called. I would NOT buy from Moto Buys, save the money and go to your local or closest shop for a Chinese quad.

GBOrdered a dirt bike they sent the wrong one and want me to pay shipping and restocking fee I purchased a RPS 125DLX 17" front rim 14" rear. Well they shipped me a different model and want me to pay 15% restock fee and return shipping of $400 then proceed to tell me they don't sell that model on their website it says that's the model I bought on my receipt shows the picture of the bike the name the SKU and then tell me you don't sell that bike they clearly don't give a flying F about their customer I just spent over $3,000 at this store and they can't even make this right by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life they act like our hard-earned money is nothing as long as they're paid where's the integrity?? Please make this right motibuys. Andrew was no help at all and BOB never answered any calls or emails.
