Mixed Feelings Overall Bought the IceBear ATV and it's fun when it’s not giving me trouble. Had to deal with a few issues, like a faulty battery and brake problems. Support was helpful, but yeah, it gets a tad frustrating dealing with these issues more often than I'd like.

Was really looking forward to the Tao… Was really looking forward to the Tao Tao ATV, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown with some mechanical issues right out of the box. Ended up spending more on fixing it than I expected.

Wish I read reviews before purchase. Bought an Ice Bear bike from them. First of all came with no instruction manual for assembly, so had to figure that out for myself. Second the bike was defective, and the battery cables weren't long enough to reach the battery, how do you mess that up? They never returned or answered my calls, so now I'm stuck with a $1400 paper weight. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Prices are good, staff is nice. Prices are good. Staff is attentive, helpful and welcoming. My order took just a little longer because of how far away I live from them. They let me know promptly that it would take a little longer and didn't leave me in the dark, I appreciated that a lot.

Ordered a dirt bike they sent the wrong one and want me to pay shipping and restocking fee I purchased a RPS 125DLX 17" front rim 14" rear. Well they shipped me a different model and want me to pay 15% restock fee and return shipping of $400 then proceed to tell me they don't sell that model on their website it says that's the model I bought on my receipt shows the picture of the bike the name the SKU and then tell me you don't sell that bike they clearly don't give a flying F about their customer I just spent over $3,000 at this store and they can't even make this right by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life they act like our hard-earned money is nothing as long as they're paid where's the integrity?? Please make this right motibuys. Andrew was no help at all and BOB never answered any calls or emails.
