I called and spoke with Robert Sinteral who immediately gave us the discount, emailed us the updated booking receipt while we were on the phone and answered my questions with professionalism. GBMy experience was AMAZING! My experience was AMAZING! Robby was in incredible. I needed to find an RV to watch the eclipse and all the RVs had been sold out for 10 months. I called at exactly the right time when there had been a cancellation and Robby got right on it to grab it for me as well as give me a wonderful discount! He said as so helpful and friendly. I am so so grateful that my family vacation will be even better now!

CARude and curt agent… The agent Derek Whitley was curt and rude. He was not helpful at all. He should signs of exasperation every time I asked a question. I even heard him, over the phone, saying in a hushed tone, “Oh my God!” As though he was fed of my queries. He should be taken off the phone and given more training. I have always gone with cruise America for many years but I am having serious thoughts of cancelling and going with Candream due to Derek and who knows more rude agents when I call in next.
