DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Torc Helmet. It was like wearing a fish bowl. Odd shape. Really big on top. I returned it. It has been 8 days now since they have received it back, and they have yet to refund my money. They have not even replied to my emails. I even assume they are not really in California. I think they are in China or Japan, some wanna be company trying to be cool.

The returns process is heinous The returns process is heinous. Motorcycle helmets can be a guessing game as to what will work. When I spend over $200 on a helmet that does not fit properly despite the size chart, I shouldn’t to pay $20 to return the helmet! I will never purchase from this website again.

The best customer service!! The best customer service!!! I received the wrong helmet, I called customer service the correct helmet was shipped ASAP. Customer service called me back each time I called for status. This the second helmet I have purchased. Great product even better customer thanks

Excellent products Excellent products, I forgot to put in my discount codes but sent them an email and they credited me back my money not a store credit. Plus they responded to my email promptly. I bought 2 helmets from this company and both times I received eac helmet within 7 days, perfectly wrapped. FYI, if you need assistance with anything it's faster to email them.
