Excellent products Excellent products, I forgot to put in my discount codes but sent them an email and they credited me back my money not a store credit. Plus they responded to my email promptly. I bought 2 helmets from this company and both times I received eac helmet within 7 days, perfectly wrapped. FYI, if you need assistance with anything it's faster to email them. Courteous staff, prompt service I had an issue with the helmet I bought and they responded to my email within an hour of sending it. Although the helmet still didn't work out, the staff was courteous and the service was great. I'll definitely shop here again.

I really wished I had read the reviews… Edit:Shortly after writing this review retobikegear.com refunded me my money. No message, explanation, or apology. At least I got my money back. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. I really wished I had read the reviews on this place before placing an order. I ordered a helmet two weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I've sent messages twice that went unanswered so I sent a third to attempt to cancel the order and get my money back. I doubt I will get it back judging by others experience. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place!
