BEworst customer service ever worst customer service ever. They don't care, just buying chinese scooters, traffic them just enough to not be exact copies and resell 3x the price

GBslow to respond and irelevent replies. The average responce time was about three days for each email. Much of the time, my quesitons were not anserwered at all. There seemed to be several people involved in the thread, none of which were communicating with eachother. I just asked how to disconnect my battery and now I'm told my ticket has been closed with no responce to how to handle the issue at hand. Its as if Jim hasn't even read my email. No he's asking me to review the process which is just bizarre.

GBGreat scooter, horrible customer service Great scooter. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced across the board. It’s going to be tough purchasing another scooter from them in the future knowing how bad the service was, even though I do love my scooter. No returned calls when they say they will. Never even called during the scheduled onboarding meeting even though they sent me at least 3 text and email reminders to be ready. Shipping is way longer than the website states. Even when you can and speak with them and they say it will be going out that day, it doesn’t.

GBI have the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11, King, and King GTR I have the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11, King, and soon to arrive King GTR and have been riding them since around 2020. I have 1,000+ miles on them with my son. I have had minimal mechanical problems but when I did I have called and email and been helped out quickly via both methods. I ordered the King GTR about two weeks before it shipped yesterday and the website said something like 2-5 business days to ship (I think...) so the wait has been a little longer but when I inquired Voro said that it was being inspected at the warehouse. I am not upset, its no big deal. In fact I am jacked to get my new scooter!

GBShoddy and Unsafe Bought this as a commuter scooter for my job on City streets 10 miles away. I'm a tech for medical hardware and used to taking apart equipment so it seemed like I could handle any minor problems and maintenance. Less than a week into just riding it home (not round trip) at the lowest setting (15 mph) and the back fender broke in half whacking me in the leg and sending me into traffic. Ended up with minor injuries and having to pay for a replacement part despite the utterly useless warranty. Found out to replace the back fender means rewiring the entire front end without a pin schematic. With my level of aptitude I can solder it onto the old wires, so I bought the seat attachment to make the commute easier, less likely to flip me into traffic again. Can't get the last back bolt off with any of my equipment, contact support. They state I should take it to someone with "mechanical aptitude" to "save yourself" the hassle of returning the attachment. Incredibly sexist to insinuate that I don't possess the ability to understand how to remove a screw. Now I want to yeet this garbage straight through one of their corpo windows. Run, don't walk, away from Voro.
