Absolute joke Absolute joke. Ordered a tool from this company, the tool didn't arrive, on the royal mail track and trace website it showed as delivered but it wasnt.. my CCTV confirmed this. Contacted them and they could not care less. "Contact ebay" go away basically! It's not about the money it's the principle. They could not care less. I was going to order a few more tools and spend a lot more money, but I wont now. I'll go somewhere else. 0% customer service. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know.. not good.

Selling poor quality tools at mid range… Selling poor quality tools at mid range prices. After a failure with the tool due to it not bring fit for purpose I contacted them to have it replaced under warranty I was then told I must contact the manufacturer my self as the only sell them. After 6 weeks back and forward between them and the manufacturer the tool was returned and found to have manufacturer defects hence why it failed then the tool academy tried to bill me another 80£ for parts ontop of the 320£ I paid for the tool. What I found out fro. The manufacturer the tool academy by out of the warranty to get tools cheaper so they would be required to fit the bill hence why it was dragged out and attempted to recharge my self for parts. But it gets better. Eventually they agreed to have it repaired under warranty I was then told they don't know if it will arrive back repaired of the parts to repair it will be in the box. After it arrived repaired its still unusable due to the extreme end float on the gears its unsafe for purpose. However after another 30 odd emails to them they just point blank refuse to do anything tbe biggest problem is there selling tools to the trade who use them daily when in fact they will argue with you till there blind in the face about items they don't even know what there purpose or use is they are mearly sales people not engineers but like I say argue about things they know nothing about its actually laughable some there replies but a good laugh reading if anything. Stay well well clear spend a little more on good products they sell cheap for a reason but once cry once as the saying goes now I am left with a tool that's only use now is a door stop but a expensive one at that.
