GBFiled an ATPO request 3 month ago and haven't heard back I bought a Kryptonite New York Fahgettaboudit Chain 1410 in Apil 2022 together with a new bike. At the time I registered for Kryptonite's Anti-Theft Protection Offer (ATPO). I found my bike stolen with the chain cleanly cut left where I parked my bike in January 2024. I filed an ATPO claim immediatly with all requested documents but got no confirmation that my claim was being processed. I chased the customer service team a few times but as of yet, I haven't haven't heard a single reponse from Kryptonite. This is quite frustrating.

SENobody answered to my claim after 6 months I filed a claim 6 months ago via the anti-theft program and I’m having the same issues experience by several other customers. Not a single response so far and I have tried to reach them again couple of weeks ago. I paid for a service and I am not getting anything that was promised when I paid for it. Really sounds like a scam to me as well.

GBTerrible customer service I submitted a claim on 19th November & still haven’t had a response. I have followed up a number of times with the online form & through social media - zero response. The insurance offer is a scam - avoid it!

FRNo reply from Customer Service after bike theft My 2 bikes were stolen back in August and I did all that was required to report the theft to Kryptonite. However I was never contacted within the 5-7 days as mentioned in the confirmation email. After 30 days, if the bikes were not found therefore I should be eligible for reimbursement but still no new from Kryptonite. I subscribed for the 5 years ATPO but it seems I should not have invested in that unfortunately. [EDIT] It took close to 6 months to get the reimbursement but it came and I can now look into getting 2 new bikes. So it was very long to get an answer but it eventually came. Thank you Kryptonite.

GBReplacement key problems On 10 June I requested a replacement key for a lock (ref #421312) via the website. It took over a month - 20 July - to receive a response, saying that the order will be placed. Still not (Oct 15th) received confirm of despatch or the keys! Are others experiencing such delays? Very slow! I sent a further ticket on the website to chase, but no response. Hoping this review prompts somebody to send a key as I subsequently lost my second original key and can no longer use my bike.
