Replacement key problems On 10 June I requested a replacement key for a lock (ref #421312) via the website. It took over a month - 20 July - to receive a response, saying that the order will be placed. Still not (Oct 15th) received confirm of despatch or the keys! Are others experiencing such delays? Very slow! I sent a further ticket on the website to chase, but no response. Hoping this review prompts somebody to send a key as I subsequently lost my second original key and can no longer use my bike.

I filed a claim 6 months ago via… I filed a claim 6 months ago via anti-theft program. I have been following up with them, but no even a single response has been received yet. The program absolutely is the big Scam. Not exactly match what they advertised. Scam shop.

I requested a replacement key on 10th… I requested a replacement key on 10th September, ref #433615, and was told I would have to wait 2-3 months. It's been over 3 months now and no response. I have been unable to use my bike this entire time and have spent a lot of money on alternative transport. Shocked at the length of time this is taking and very frustrated with a complete lack of communication from this company. Judging by the other reviews this is a common experience.

Problem solved after TrustPilot review Quick resolution to my problem after my negative Trustpilot review. I ordered replacement keys, which arrived promptly but did not fit. On contacting customer service I received no reply, but after my review here I was refunded for the useless keys and as a courtesy received a new lock. Great service in the end, just a shame it couldn't be achieved without a public complaint.

No reply from Customer Service after bike theft My 2 bikes were stolen back in August and I did all that was required to report the theft to Kryptonite. However I was never contacted within the 5-7 days as mentioned in the confirmation email. After 30 days, if the bikes were not found therefore I should be eligible for reimbursement but still no new from Kryptonite. I subscribed for the 5 years ATPO but it seems I should not have invested in that unfortunately. [EDIT] It took close to 6 months to get the reimbursement but it came and I can now look into getting 2 new bikes. So it was very long to get an answer but it eventually came. Thank you Kryptonite.
