GBNever Again. I ordered July 23rd and have yet to get my package. No communication, no shipping confirmation nothing . Even through covid your company email isn’t receptive? I am very disappointed and will be out sourcing for a new e-bike company.

GBGood thing I had my own tools. Assembly was accomplished reviewing the YouTube assembly guidance, replaying sections over & over because it often went fast through what was actually a series of steps. Mounting the tail light was left out. (It is unlikely that I could have done the assembly without the video.) Good thing I had my own hex wrenches & socket wrenches. The tools provided did not cover all the tool needs. The etrike works great.

GBGreat bike , great company . I purchased my e bike from this company and about a year later I had a problem with the battery so I called them up and the sent me a new battery fast and at no charge. A couple of years later I bought some accessories from thier website and had a question about one of the items so I called the company again. The nice lady said she would check with tech support and call me back. Within an hour she called me back with an answer to my question. I'm in New York, they're in California and I really feel they stand behind what they sell..

GBVery mixed feelings The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.
