GBGreat Customer Service 5star Purchased a electric bike from an authorized dealer, but wanted to ad something new and unique. I gave them a call and went to their OC distribution center and they made it so easy in helping me upgrade to my requests . No hassle easy going company.

GBI was pleased for the most part I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.

GBUnresponsive customer service Unresponsive customer service My bike arrived in a damaged box 4 days ago. The frame was sticking out of the end of one of the cartons. The paint is chipped. I took pictures and immediately emailed them to emojo. No response. I called and left a message, and I got no response. I called the next day and reached an actual live human, and she said that they needed more pictures. I sent more pictures and got no response. So I called and left a message again and got no response. I have a $3,000 tricycle that can't be assembled and no ETA on a replacement frame. Not having anybody call me back makes me think they're trying to extend the delay so that 7 days go by, and I can't return it.

GBGreat ebike! I rented an Emojo Panther Pro for the day at a local bike shop. I enjoyed the bike so much that I bought one. Before I placed the order, I went to several other bike shops and tested other brands, both more and less expensive. Emojo turned out to be the best fit for me. It is easy to pass my leg through the bike, the throttle is spunky and the pedal assist works well. The only thing I would like is a trip odometer. It shows me the total miles traveled across all trips but does not give me a count on just the current trip. I'm still learning all the bike's features, so the feature may exist but I may not have found it yet. Overall I would highly recommend this bike. The battery range is excellent and everyone loves the turquoise color.

GBGood Caddy Pro but poor customer follow up to get a replacement battery Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails. Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected. This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming. Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.
