Decent and professional Ordered a bike from the website on a Monday and it was delivered on the Tuesday as promised. Excellent service. I had a few issues with the bike (manufacturer related) but the way that Sam and Dan dealt with the issue was spot on. Their professionalism and speedy replies was a major relief when dealing with someone hundreds of miles away, especially when you’ve spent thousands of pounds. Highly recommended these guys.

‘Thank you’ for great service I just wanted to say a big, ‘Thank you’ to everyone at Leisure Wheels for helping me out and repairing my e-bike in record time so I could take part in a charity ride at the weekend. The team were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous whilst I waited for them to identify the fault and fix it. 👏🏼

Competitive retailer Price of Hiabike was cheapest on the web. It did take a week to arrive, and unfortunately had some cosmetic damage to one of the cranks, but Dan said he would replace the crane and the bike didn't come direct fro the shop so they weren't to know.
