GBI love the small electric cycle I love the small electric cycle, service and purchase experience was not great but I got my bike. Too many people backed during COVID and they had no cash and could not keep bringing bikes over.

GBGreat bike but larger than advertised I didn’t like the bike was only one size fit all and that the stand over height was actually taller than listed. My bike was 30.5 inches under the seat but about 32 inches where I actually needed to stand. I’m a shorter man, so that made a difference.

GBQuality bike with quality service Bike came with a leaking tube. Sondors replaced it. Riding posture is upright and comfortable. It has both boost and throttle, which is essential for us. We have enjoyed this bike and would like to get a second one, because of the design, quality, and service.

GBAnswer phone calls or emails Answer phone calls or emails. Have a product that can be available to purchase and receive in a timely manner less than multiple months or even never as in my case. Have someone that will give an honest answer of the actual ETA instead of lies to keep you waiting. After 5 months, I never received the rockstar that I paid for and when attempting to recover my refund Sondors was less than any help and I had to go through my credit card company to have them request my refund.
