GBPaid for but we never received our bikes! We never received our bikes depsite paying in full. We never were able to talk to anyone, every phone call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. No emails were ever responded to. We had to contact our credit card company to have the charges reversed which took months, over $7000 worth of charges. Never do business with Sondors. I found that I wasn't alone in this problem. Many other people had the same problem.

GBHighly recommended electric bike company The process from email marketing to website link and ordering was seamless. Account creation imported my personal info from the other sondors metacycle website. My card was already on file and ordering took only about a minute. Fastest order I ever placed and I got two refurbished electric bikes for less than the price of one new bike.
