Perfect customer service Ever since I purchased my Fold X over two years ago, I’ve had nothing but wonderful service from Sondors. When I do need replacement parts, they come extremely fast. And if I need any advice, your customer service is above reproach. It’s been a joy dealing with you all, and I can’t wait for many more years of the same wonderful service.

Paid for but we never received our bikes! We never received our bikes depsite paying in full. We never were able to talk to anyone, every phone call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. No emails were ever responded to. We had to contact our credit card company to have the charges reversed which took months, over $7000 worth of charges. Never do business with Sondors. I found that I wasn't alone in this problem. Many other people had the same problem.

Account creation imported my personal info from the other sondors metacycle website. My card was already on file and ordering took only about a minute. Fastest order I ever placed and I got two refurbished electric bikes for less than the price of one new bike.
