GBGood customer service Don't remember his name, but I appreciated that the guy working there took the time to walk me thru the use of my new electric bike and answered all my newbie questions; even though the pick up location is basically just their shipping warehouse, not a proper bike shop. Also, they are prompt in answering the phone or replying to email questions.

GBTook forever to get the bike when it… Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

GBLove the deal Love the deal, the bike and overall experience from ordering to the convenience of being able to pick it up! Only complaint was that cranks didn’t get enough grease and it’s a creaking nightmare lol

GBOrdered 2 bikes for Christmas Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas. Battery housing was cracked on one battery. Took several months but I was sent a replacement. In the spring I tried them out and new battery did not work. Sent another email and you replaced battery again. This time it worked and was delivered much quicker. Thanks! Bob Rademacher

GBGreat bike. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
