They greeted me very polite and explain the whole paper work with patiences and at the same time professionalism. GBCOMPLETE SCUM OF THE EARTH After having the vehicle for 6 months I realized what a mistake I made purchasing it from these scum bags. I recently had a fender bender with this vehicle and I brought it to a reputable body shop in the area. My insurance company called me and said, "I have some bad news for you." Whoever did the body work on this vehicle really did a botched job and it is going to cost me an additional $2100 to fix the damage. They didn't paint the frame and structure of the vehicle and now there is a hole in the body and rust inside the wheel well, which was covered and only discovered by the body shop. This accident was not reported on the CarFax, nor disclosed to me when purchasing the car. I texted my sales person, Christina informing her and got no response. Then I called her and it went to voicemail. Typical for snakes I guess; they don't have fingers to answer their phones. I then told her that I was coming to the establishment and I needed to speak to a manager. I told Pat about the damage and that I know it is the dealer's job to lie about vehicles; well this set this ogre off. He used his massive size and boisterous voice to try to intimidate me by screaming and cursing at me like I was garbage. NEVER have I ever been treated like this by an adult, nevermind by somewhere I was a customer. He said he never lied to me throughout the entire deal. Well Fatso, here's ONE OF the lies. The car was advertised at $13,988 and you said because of my credit situation there would be an acquisition fee. In YOUR words "We are not paying the acquisition fee, you are." You upped the price to $16,500 and said that the acquisition fee was included in this; then you Snakes charged me a $395 increase fee, forced me to purchase a $1,900 warranty and $799 GAP insurance. I called the bank, which by the way is Prestige Financial Services, and spoke to Diana Loveless, my loan officer. I asked her what the acquisition fee was and she said that it was the $395. Well, what happened to the $13,988? Why did you up my purchase by $2687.84? This is the difference in the cost of the vehicle, plus NJ Sales Tax. I guess someone that size needs a lot of food to support their tiny neanderthal brains and massive black hearts. Moral of the story, These people are snakes, scam artists, shysters, literally the scum of the earth. DO NOT purchase anything from them. DO NOT give them your money. I tried to have them make good and I went in with an open mind, but this LIAR got offended when I called him out. I now have to take legal action and pray for the best.

GBTerrible Don't buy a car from these people!!!! We have had our car for alittle over 2 months and now have to spend $3000 to have the transmission replaced because apparently our car has a know defect that causes the radiator fluid to spill over and mix into the transmission. Of course the car was bought as is so we signed away our rights to the lemon laws in New Jersey so we're just stuck with a car we can't use until we can get $3000 together. Don't sell cars that have known defects!!!

GBthe story how my fiancee lost a part of his heart. I had met my fiancee 2 years ago. During the first few months of me meeting my Fiancee, we had the absolute time of our lives. he and I are both adrenaline junkies so a V10 M5 BMW was our fix. He purchased this beauty from Sunrise Motors. He had told me about the employees of this place before i unfortunately got to meet them. He told me how the owner SAM is a huge pothead and about his growing weed operation and how he brings customers for L-rides after their vehicle purchase. Sounds awesome and all, but its all just a cover up for the sh!tty heartless people that ran this joint. My Fiancee got into an accident that almost totaled the M5 a few months after first picking it up. He had over $18,000 of work done to the car over a 3 mnth period. About 3 months after receiving the car back from the AUTO- BODY, I was driving on Rt 208 wit the car when it completely stopped in the middle of the highway. Completely stopped i could not even get over into the shoulder i was stuck in the dead middle of a major highway. I was lucky enough to be a Dispatcher for Triple A and know tow drivers that could help me out at that moment. After my fiancee looked over the car he concluded it was the sensor that corresponds with SMG clutch that had issues. After concluding this, he called up Sunrise Motors to ask about the Warranty on the m5. PAT assured him that he was good to go as long as we brought it to a mechanic in Nutley NJ ( i cant remember the name of shop after i find the business card i will post it along with this review ) after towing the bmw to this shop the mechanic working assured us the car would be ready in 3-4 days. On the 4th day we showed up to get the car, this is when a worker there refused to release the car to us and he was only giving it back to Sunrise. Furiously we went to Sunrise and spoke with Pat for hours about this situation. He had told us since we were backed *** ONE *** Payment the bank was searching for the car and there was nothing he can do. this didnt make sense to me at first. PAT manipulated my fiancee and i to believe we were the ones who caused this and it was all our fault. At that point after days of fighting with Pat, Sam, and another European man ( either Polish, Macedonian, Albanian, etc..) working i cant remember his name, but was a total d ick and a snake) We gave up. we felt there was nothing we could do. 8 months later I see the news article about the finance companies repo-ing the vehicles off of the premises. It broke my heart. We had a chance to get the car back. I spoke with a South Hackensack detective who was the head of the case against Sunrise and he had told me that if we notified the police at the time of this incident of them taking the car, they could have helped us get it back. After listening to the whole story, the same detective also had told me that the Mechanic shop technically STOLE the car and gave it to Sunrise Motors. Like i said if he had heard about this when it happened we could have gotten help. After losing the car of our dreams over bulls hit that a fraud business caused us, my man was never the same he lost apart of him with that car. F uck Sunrise Motors. F UCK SAM. F UCK PAT.
