GBwould never do business with this… would never do business with this company. order took 3 weeks to deliver, then sent me the wrong shocks, return cost me $40, and they took another 4 weeks to refund my money...and then charged me some restocking fee ... AN NO ONE ANSWERS the phone!!!! did not even get a notice of my final refund...just a deposit back in my account... worst buying experience ever..

GBOrdered 8 koni shocks 20 July Ordered 8 koni shocks 20 July, after waiting 2 week,After trying to reach someone by phone,chat and email. I would start ccalling @9 after several days and hrs of dialing them,was told shocks are on backorder but would be there 9 Aug, about 14 Aug went thru hassle of calling, email and chat (waited 25min no response), Finally got thru on Mon 26 Aug started calling @ 9 when open, phone will go to recording after 7 rings, was shocked to hear john and after 3x, was tolded they would be in 29 Aug.On 3 Sept went thru the routine, call x's,email,chat, Frank answered didn't know if koni shocks were in but would call me in 15 min, I'm still waiting. UNSAT, unbelievable a place can stay in business, it's a leadership problem.

GB2 months order has not arrived 2 months order has not arrived, an my card was charged, company is a scam used to be a legit company. Back 15 years ago, now don not even try to order here stay away this website only receiving payments not send it parts.

GBZero customer service, doesn't stand behind their own policy. Company does not stand behind their own policies (returns). "Customer Service" just ignores emails and phone calls. "Businesses" like this is why people flock to Amazon. Shi**y business practices will eventually catch up. Stay away from this place. Edit-Only took a month and a half to receive my refund. Work with your bank to get your refund processed, as there is little to no response from this company.

GBI read the Return Order form I read the Return Order form: I suggest everyone read before placing an order. Example line 11. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 13. Credits are done of the 15th and 30th of each month. Items received and CHECKED IN will be credited on those days. Line 2. All parts and boxes must be in new, sale-ready condition. This includes superficial or aesthetic damage and any small parts included in the original sale. Any return that is not in sale-ready condition will be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for return.
