After some back and forth about him not doing what he told me he'd do, he agreed to refund my $90. Still,its been 3 months. Stay away from this outfit. Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3 months ago. Pieces tricked in over 6 weeks. One Bilstein shock was in correct box but wrong part. They rarely answer phone or email so took forever. Sent wrong one back got a other wrong one 2 weeks back talked to Carlos,sent pics to Lacey, said they'd send return label and proper shock nothing happened. Out $84 plus tax. They are the worst. I'm giving up,they win and stole $90 from me.

GBMonth later - no sign of parts Placed an order on shocks that were in stock. Month later still haven’t arrived. Sent message requesting update and was never contacted back. Just requested to cancel order. Wait and see if they respond. How can a company continue to be in business with such poor reviews? That’ll teach me to not look beforehand

GBNO Warranty Service Today is August 6, 2020. I started a warranty claim on May 29,2020. They charged me for a new shock, which they sent right away, and claimed that I would get a refund when they received my defect shock. After filling out two different warranty claim forms, no less than 6 phone calls, no less than 6 emails and returning the defective shock at my expense with an RA number finally given by Shock Warehouse, there has been no refund and no response to emails or phone calls. I advise others not to count on this company making good on warranty claims.

GBOrdered on Sunday order not processed till Wendsday Ordered on Sunday ,received confrmation but no tracking numbers, Call Wendsday AM says order will be in today No Show . contact thes via chat later in day get tracking numbers , shipping order not placed until that day. Liars

GBHorrible company Tried to get an order status 5 times after receiving receipt that order was processed. Received no response from company via text, email, or phone. Go elsewhere for your shock needs, this company wants your money but d9nt deliver the product. Customer service is non existant.
