I’m a utility worker and had to perform… I’m a utility worker and had to perform some maintenance at 2000 w. Eight mile rd. Location. Maintenance man “Dave j. Could not have been nicer, or more helpful to get our crew anything we needed so we could complete our work. Did not get names of managers the day we did the job, but they also were very helpful. Thanks Dave and Detroit axle.

I ordered parts online I ordered parts online through Amazon and have tried to be understanding while the status of my order says "running late". I finally reach out to see what is going on with my order and am told it was already delivered. I explained I did not get the package. I was told FedEx delivered it so that's that. NO, THATS BETWEEN YOU AND FEDEX TO FIGURE OUT. You clearly don't have proof that it was delivered and now you look stupid and unprofessional! I would NOT recommend to buy ANY KIND OF PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will not take responsibility for their poor quality of business.

Stay away from this company When I had issues, their customer service did everything they could to Not assist me. The supervisor was argumentative and contradicted himself. In the end, I wasted time and money on parts and labor for nothing. Warranty is only good if it's honored. Spend your money elsewhere! If I can leave a negative star review I would.

After buying a front suspension rebuild… After buying a front suspension rebuild kit for my 2010 suburban, I can say 3 years into it both front wheels bearings have failed, an upper ball joint also, along with a tie rod end boot. It's not worth buying their substandard parts that don't last like OEM just to save a few bucks. When you have to do the work twice, there's little to no savings. Buy brand name or OEM parts instead of Detroit axles junk.

New control arms with ball joints / No castle nuts or locking pins supplied Purchased a set of front control arms for a 2013 Honda Pilot. Quality is good, I'll give them that much. But, how do you sell control arms with pressed in ball joints without supplying a new castle nut & locking pin ? Also, how do you not include new control arm " stop bushings". This is all necessary parts for the SAFETY of the job. Detroitaxle said those parts are not included. WTH !!!! They gave me a paltry $ 10 buck refund. Lucky to get that. Had to order missing parts separately at a MUCH higher cost than $ 10 bucks. Was not going to re-use the old parts. Too dangerous. Advertisement never mentioned that these parts were " not included". Over 40 years as a mechanic.....never had control new control arms come without ALL needed parts. Lesson learned, the hard way. Time to sell my tools & pack it in. Too many sub-standard parts floating around. I'm not going to be responsible for the deaths of others due to sub-par auto parts. I lost money on this job, ( since I purchased new missing parts ). But I can sleep at night knowing the job was done right.
