GBAfter buying a front suspension rebuild… After buying a front suspension rebuild kit for my 2010 suburban, I can say 3 years into it both front wheels bearings have failed, an upper ball joint also, along with a tie rod end boot. It's not worth buying their substandard parts that don't last like OEM just to save a few bucks. When you have to do the work twice, there's little to no savings. Buy brand name or OEM parts instead of Detroit axles junk.

GBI ordered parts online I ordered parts online through Amazon and have tried to be understanding while the status of my order says "running late". I finally reach out to see what is going on with my order and am told it was already delivered. I explained I did not get the package. I was told FedEx delivered it so that's that. NO, THATS BETWEEN YOU AND FEDEX TO FIGURE OUT. You clearly don't have proof that it was delivered and now you look stupid and unprofessional! I would NOT recommend to buy ANY KIND OF PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will not take responsibility for their poor quality of business.

GBBought a front suspension for my truck… Bought a front suspension for my truck off Amazon, the seller was Detroit Axle in a matter of months the rubber parts drastically cracked on every single part. The parts were sold with a 10-year warranty. I tried to get in touch with them, called them several times, they do not want to honor the 10-year warranty. They have other good parts just not these front suspensions. Horrible customer service!

GBThey shipped me incorrect parts and… They shipped me incorrect parts and then charged me to ship them back. I didn't charge them when I had to drive into town and get the correct parts myself. It was very inconvenient as I had been dropped off and actually needed to drive the car I was repairing.

GBAbsolutely the worst parts company I’ve… Absolutely the worst parts company I’ve ever dealt with. Shocks I ordered were cheap, flimsy, not at all like originals even though they claimed they were correct for my truck. Compressed with little effort by hand and would actually bend under arm pressure. Approached for a refund they refused to return my money. Refused to stand behind the products they sell. Bad business
