GBSTAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS... STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS... Ordered part according to the web site information, part received was the wrong part due to incorrect information on their site.. Contacted customer service, returned as requested and when I called to get refund, they charged me a $30 restocking fee for them sending me the wrong product. True rip off.

GBAfter buying a front suspension rebuild… After buying a front suspension rebuild kit for my 2010 suburban, I can say 3 years into it both front wheels bearings have failed, an upper ball joint also, along with a tie rod end boot. It's not worth buying their substandard parts that don't last like OEM just to save a few bucks. When you have to do the work twice, there's little to no savings. Buy brand name or OEM parts instead of Detroit axles junk.

GBDon't use Detroit Axle WARNING !!! All potential customers !!! I ordered the parts from D-A on Aug 24th. The shipping label was created the same day. 5 days later on Aug 29th my order got canceled. I spoke to the customer service (two different people): Person 1. The parts are out of stock. So It took them 5 days to check the inventory ? Person 2. The parts I ordered "had an issue of quality and we preferred to not send them out". The parts are still available in D-A web store. No information about availability nor quality issues.

GBLIARS & DODGERS‼️ Oct. 2019 purchased a set of wheel hub assemblies via eBay. I used only one on the left side due to an accident requiring replacement of the strut and CV drive shaft as well but setting the other in storage as backup in case the wheel bearing I didn't change did go out. That hub needed changed a week ago (2022 now), put in the spare hub and found by process of elimination the noise (roulette wheel click) was coming from the wheel bearing in the assembly. This whole time I haven't problem one with the other side but this one shows a defect, most likely in the race seal or a misplaced bearing in the race seat which happens during pressing at times. I use to work for Timken for 12 years in Quality Control. I contacted these people with a couple of questions about the possibility the seal and race seat making the noise but never got an answer to the questions. They did however mention I had already claimed a Warranty Claim on that order which of course I hadn't considering the second hub was my spare just in case. They went on to tell me their records show I called into their Customer Service number in September 2020 making the claim but never once gave me the phone number of record I allegedly called from nor the UPS tracking number of their shipment. ALL BS LIES OF COURSE, A DODGE‼️ Parts can have defects and I know because I saw them all the time at Timken. You don't tell a business owner who keeps stellar records and contacts the shippers to track down shipments that they already made a claim just to not do your job‼️ I FIRE EMPLOYEES WHO IRK MY CLIENTS BECAUSE THOSE CLIENTS ARE OUR LIVELIHOOD‼️ I RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE‼️

GBDO NOT! DO NOT...... PURCHASE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I purchased a pair of rear shock absorbers from parts geek for my 09 Focus. After installation I took off driving and they immediately failed within a minute 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! I will (FOR NOW ON) pay attention to the reviews. Based on what I know, how is this company able to operate selling shotty defective parts? I mean, lives are on the line here! WTH Detroit Axle?
