GBThey Lied about the add on products… They Lied about the add on products they sold to us on the car and we asked for a refund and they refused. The salesman was fired weeks later but the manager refused to give us a refund on false information given by the salesman.

GBMY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE DEALING WITH… MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE DEALING WITH THESE CLOWNS! ECHO PARKS PEOPLE IN DALLAS, GRAND PRAIRIE AND HOUSTON WERE ESPECIALLY DISGUSTING. THANK GOD I READ THE TRUIST PILOT'S BLISTERING NEGATIVE REVIEWS ( BELOW ) OF HOW MANY PEOPLE REALLY GOT SCREWED BIG TIME, AND HOW CARS HAD DAMAGE AND REPAIRS NOT SHOWN ON CARFAX, AND HOW THE SLEEZY DEALER GAMES THEY PLAY WILL ONLY LEAVE YOU INTENSELY UNHAPPY! TRUST PILOT CONVICED ME NOT TO BUY HERE AND THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF $$$ MONEY AND EXTREME DISGUSTING UNHAPPYNESS. PEOPLE SHOULD WAKE UP!!! INSTEAD, I BOUGHT 2 LUXURY CARS FROM AUTHORIZED DEALERS, AND AM VERY SATISFIED. I ALMOST MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM ECHO PARK. THANK YOU TRUST PILOT !!!!!!

GBWe are still waiting on our tag!! 2 1/2 months later! We are still waiting on our license plate. Purchased a truck on March 10, 2021 from the Greenville, SC location. We followed the directions EXACTLY as we were told when we signed the paperwork (pay property taxes, send in via email and a tag would be requested immediately). Our first temporary tag expired 45 days later and was renewed. We were told there was a title issue in Texas and it would be handled right away. Here it is 75 days later and we are still waiting on a tag and Echopark refuses to return phone calls or emails. The DMV has no record of any paperwork being turned in. Will NEVER do business with Echopark again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

GBBe aware of the superfine print Be aware of the superfine print! We saw a deal listed as "Great" for the car we were interested in buying, and visited Echo Park to test drive/buy the car. It wasn't until we asked for the purchase order that we discovered an added fee for some "Paint Protection". NOT listed on the Autotrader ad - apparently is IS listed on Echo Park's website... if you scroll all the way to the bottom. They refused to remove the fee.

GBEcho Park sold me a vehicle that needs a new transmission Echo Park sold me a vehicle that needs $10,000 worth of repairs (a new transmission) and did not disclose this to me. Somehow, it passed their inspection process, although the Honda dealership I took it to identified the issue very quickly. I have notified them of the issue but they are not responding adequately. They have scheduled a diagnostic appointment for several weeks out and have reassured me several times that they will "take care of it one way or another" and that they will do the "best they can" but have not provided me with any real information on exactly what they're going to do about this, even though I have asked them directly. A review of the issues filed against Echo Park on the BBB's website does not leave me feeling hopeful. I'm open to changing this review if they actually take responsibility for this but right now, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone buy a vehicle from them because of their lack of responsiveness post purchase.
