Everything went as planned since they did have me listed as an expected visitor. I met George Harris, who turned out to be a knowledgeable and attentive salesman. Upon my next day visit, I arrived back and found my selected vehicle was all ready for me to drive it off the lot. The deal negotiating stage was smoother and more non-combative than I had prepped myself to expect. When finished, we wrapped up a win-win situation.

They Lied about the add on products… They Lied about the add on products they sold to us on the car and we asked for a refund and they refused. The salesman was fired weeks later but the manager refused to give us a refund on false information given by the salesman.
