GBA Failure on all levels Nobody that I talked to had even a basic understanding of English. They confused very simple common names and basic directions. Their first invoice listed an acceptable price but their second was absurdly overpriced. The reason for the second bill was because, they do not understand basic English. Once the bill arrived, they included over $1,300.00 worth of surprise charges and faulty math. Me and my company will never use this company again.

GBIncommunicative & Unprofessional Incommunicative I had submitted an online query regarding a minibus hire for a company event. I never heard back, so I called the customer service line. The representative just answered "Hello?" without identifying the company, so I wasn't even sure I had the right number. I told him we needed to get a quote. He had to look in their email trash to find the email that had been sent to me, which I never received initially, which provided the quote. This poor experience in just obtaining a quote does not make me feel very confident about using this service.
Failed Potential Customer
GBPoor Customer Service Estimate did not match formal quote even though details did not change. Was not apprised of fuel charge and upfront added gratuity. Does not respond to emails. Working from a different state. We'll be looking for someone in Georgia with better customer service.

GBNever got a contract I could sign as… Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled
