GBI would give five stars, but... I would give five stars, but it was difficult to get a response when we were inquiring about the service. We had to give a credit card with the contract - THEN - they said they would check availability (I thought the contract and credit card were securing the service). The other thing is the cost was very high, but by the point we found out that they did have availability, we were running out of time.

GBAs a customer was a great experience As a customer was a great experience, form the email thru the experience driver we had .We had more them 20 guest transporting form the Hotel to teh venue and at did work as clock .. Thanks Again Tom for the kinds and hosnety .. I would recommend and used again if i need ..

GBNever got a contract I could sign as… Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled

GBThe reservation department sucked.They… The reservation department sucked.They didn't get it right and in the end they charged my card more than it was quoted.I emailed them but no response. The driver was great. I would not recommend this company at all.
