Incredibly honest and fair. He sat with me for a long time and explained the situation in detail before and after the repair. Gave me free ride to the rental car company. Outstanding Repair, Outstanding Customer service!! As a parent of young adult children I worry a lot. My kids travel, and this past March my son travelled from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Lakewood, CO on his own to visit family. While there his 2013 Nissan Altima broke down. We called Cottman and they have not just taken care of the car, they truly cared about us. Before they would even talk about my car they made sure my son was in a safe place and had a ride home, that he had a place to stay. Then they proceeded not just to do an outstanding and thorough job of fixing my car, they advocated for me with the dealer for additional work that needed to be done. Their communication was outstanding, prices were fair. They showed me a sense of urgency to the repair, worked directly with my warranty company. They kept this situation the most stress free repair I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough good about this experience.
