Honest, fair, and kind. Very impressive. Impressive experience. We were stranded on vacation, and manager Scott Cooper was able to stretch in order to fix this problem within 24 hours. Incredibly honest and fair. He sat with me for a long time and explained the situation in detail before and after the repair. Gave me free ride to the rental car company. Was just so impressed with how caring and professional they were. Very nice people. Very trustworthy. Very impressive experience.
