GBAbsolutely horrid company Absolutely horrid company. DO NOT rent from them under any circumstance. This company uses forceful tactics and engages in unethical business practices. They charged us 300 dollars for a missing license plate that fell off THEIR car and WAS NOT properly secured by them. We stopped payment on credit card immediately. They threatened to call the police!!! We left and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. GBCrooks Crooks. Last night in Orlando -- this is an Insurance scam 45 minutes late for pick up at airport, taken 15 minutes away and basically held hostage to their scam. Their rental required insurance despite my credit card and personal policy coverage. It was twice as much as the daily rental rate, TRIPLING my rental rate. Pirates by any measure

GBOrlando car rental Tenerife No directions as to where we were to meet the minibus to take us to the car hire centre (about 2 miles away from Tenerife south airport) after 1 hour waiting and ringing they finally arrived. Picked up in the oldest minibus I've seen in Tenerife. Grumpy driver. Arrived at the car hire centre in an underground garage, checked in and had to let the company swipe 650 euros from my credit card for insurance purposes (we had already paid £70 for the car hire in advance) lots of 5 + year old cars but we did get a brand new VW Polo! The car was excellent. Unfortunately they take a further 60 euros for fuel and say that you must use all the fuel as there are no refunds (total rip off) we used approximately 30 euros of fuel and tried to use it as much as possible! Did get the £650 back at the end of the trip but the car hire in reality cost us more than we actually expected! Wouldn't hire from them again!

GBtire with slow leak. The first car had a tire with a slow leak, I had to fill the tire with air every hundred miles. When I notified them they told me I would have to drive the hour back to switch cars. I did so and they acted like they were doing me a big favor and were not apologetic at all, even questioning weather I was telling the truth or not. When I returned the car, I paid for early drop off(7:00AM). there was no one there, the office was closed, and we almost had no shuttle to the airport.

GBBad experience The pick up location is off-site from the airport and it was very chaotic. My rental car has less than 7 miles of gas in it when I left the lot but I didn't realize it until I had gotten on the interstate. It was after midnight and I had to find a gas station quickly in an unfamiliar town. It was a scary situation. I told the agent about the lack of gas when I returned the car but he seemed unconcerned about the issue. Returning the car was ok but the return shuttle to the airport was very slow and I almost missed my flight. I would not use this company again.
