Crooks Crooks. Last night in Orlando -- this is an Insurance scam 45 minutes late for pick up at airport, taken 15 minutes away and basically held hostage to their scam. Their rental required insurance despite my credit card and personal policy coverage. It was twice as much as the daily rental rate, TRIPLING my rental rate. Pirates by any measure

Total Rip off Do not use this company, dishonest business practices, hard sell on insurance, rude employees. I have used several companies in the past over the years and never come across such a band of dishonest people. I watched in horror as family after family would come to the counter and get rip off and say the same statement. ..l will never rent from this company and never come back to Central Florida again. Someone from State of Florida Travel Council, needs to investigate this company. It is giving bad name to tourism in central Florida. ..Walt Disney...Hello........

Absolutely horrid company Absolutely horrid company. DO NOT rent from them under any circumstance. This company uses forceful tactics and engages in unethical business practices. They charged us 300 dollars for a missing license plate that fell off THEIR car and WAS NOT properly secured by them. We stopped payment on credit card immediately. They threatened to call the police!!! We left and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Worst experience ever. It's a scam company Never rent car from Signature. Worst customer service. We hire car online and asked to bring proof of car insurance which I brought when picking up the car. They refused to accept the insurance document for no reason. another customer complained the same while I was there. I had no choice but to buy their coverage which was hundreds of dollars. Terrible experience.... please stay away from this company
