False recommendation for Serpentine Belt I've been going to Hogan Tire in Woburn for 2 years now. I have had great results with timely oil changes and 4 brand new tires. However, last visit I was told I needed a new serpentine belt, immediately. I went to a trust auto-mechanic friend in my family who took a look and said my serpentine belt was just fine and there was no need to replace it any time soon. I was sad to hear that this was true because I did have a positive relationship with Hogan. I will no longer be going there for services in the future, I just can't trust them.

prices way out there I requested a quote from Hogan Tire in Houlton, ME. their quote for a General Tire Rt 43 was over$1,000 for 4 tires inclusive of road hazard, taxes, balance and mounting as well as taking the old tires. Stanley Auto had offered a new tire (the Rt 45_) for a little over $800 for a better tire. not for nothing Hogan tire is getting a name for over the top pricing.

The tires ( Michelin) have reduced my… The tires ( Michelin) have reduced my mileage by about 4 mpg; when I asked for a recommendation, this was one of the recommendation tires. Not happy.

James and Chris were extremely nice and … James and Chris were extremely nice and informative....once I was able to reach them. Before walking in to the store, I called and couldn't get an off-hours answer or voice mail option. I also couldn't get hours of operation off the company website. So, in the end, good work. I got one day service which was huge. But it wasn't the easiest process.
