Do not shop at Promlily!! Do not shop at this website!! I would give them 0 stars, but that's not an option with Trustpilot. Promlily will not allow you to return anything under any circumstance, the return policy on their website is deceptive and the quality of the dress is terrible. Clearly the photos on their website are not of their own dresses. The dress that arrived did not look like the photo - the dress fabric is so cheap. I bought a prom dress for my daughter and made a huge mistake by not searching for reviews of this company beforehand. I am trying to protest the payment with my credit card company.

wrong color and size - no returning it We ordered a burgundy dress custom made and sent in measurements. The dress arrived and it was baby blue and did not fit in the bodice. We could not zip it up past the rib cage and the shoulder straps were way too short and cut into the shoulders. I notified the company that the color was wrong and that it didn't fit. They said they would not refund the money or make the dress the correct color and that they would charge me a 30% restocking fee to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn't realize it was a china based company either.

Horrible dress I recently purchased a dress that I fell in love with to you on my daughters sweet sixteen. When I received the actual dress, I wanted to cry. I contacted them immediately and what was my surprised. Once I got a response to my email they offered a 10% on my purchased. Now arguing back and fourth they are offering me a $ 25.00 returned fee since they are not able to take it back. According to them since they are made to our measurements they refuse to received it DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. I wish I could upload the 2 dresses so that everyone could see what horrible dress I received.

Horrible!!! Stay away - clear from your browser Horrible customer service. Expected delivery date was a week or more later - which means after prom. There’s no way to cancel the order- I am fine paying what would have been delivery costs! I am not fine paying for clothes that will not be worn - not paying to return it to China! Avoid them at all costs. I am now trying to refuse delivery from DHL!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dress was well overpriced, came weeks after Guaranteed delivery date. Customer service was beyond inconsiderate and of NO help. When the dress finally arrived (which was of no use because the event it was needed for had passed), it arrived in a plastic wrap and was a crumble of wrinkles!!! $150 down the drain!
