When the dress finally arrived (which was of no use because the event it was needed for had passed), it arrived in a plastic wrap and was a crumble of wrinkles!!! $150 down the drain!

This was not a custom order dress and according to the return policy, I can return it. They refuse to address my concern and keep offering me 15% off and additional material. What am I suppose to do with additional material? Make my own dress? I am disputing with credit card company. Do not buy from them!

After paying extra for expedited shipping, my daughter's dress arrived in a ball of wrinkles, no tags, no order form, no return address and no phone contact. After trying on the dress and realizing it did not fit properly, we contacted Promlily within 24 hours of receiving the dress to request the return order form listed on their website.
